Who, What, Why?
Hello!
I'm Corrina, The Honest Marketer.
After three years of successful freelancing alongside my main job, I made the exciting decision to go full-time freelance in November 2025.
This move not only allows me to pursue my passion for youth work (see below for more info!) but also provides greater flexibility for my clients.
The Non-Work Corrina
Beyond the world of marketing, I'm someone who believes in getting things done - whether it's on the professional playing field or the literal one.
I am deeply involved in my local community, having taken on the role of Cub Section Leader, where I proudly grew a brand new Cub pack from 11 members to a thriving group of 33 in just four years.
I also serve as an Assistant Squirrels Leader and coach KS2 kids in netball, alongside managing and playing for an adult netball team.
I have recently added another string to my bow (badum-tsh) and have become a qualified Archery GB Instructor.
When I finally put my feet up, you'll find me completely engrossed in a detective book, a historical time travel novel (with Back to the Future being a favourite film!), or planning my next trip to Disney!
I'm also likely preparing for the new series of Line of Duty (because let's be honest, the last ending was rubbish).
The Professional Corrina
For over 25 years, I've dedicated myself to the world of marketing - my passion lies in driving results with a no-nonsense, accountable approach.
I have significant brand, B2B, and B2C marketing expertise, having worked with both local and international brands. This includes leading complex NPD projects and launches, spearheading brand development and implementing strategic consumer and trade marketing campaigns.
I take complete accountability for every project I work on, from initial strategy and implementation right through to detailed analysis.
Over my career, I have gained valuable, hands-on experience working across a broad range of sectors, including: cultural & heritage, visitor attractions, recruitment, fiduciary, yacht management, cruise & travel, FMCG, out-of-home food & beverage and wines & spirits.
This depth of experience means I can quickly understand the unique challenges and opportunities within your specific market.
